District assembly

 
Roger has received an email from Stephen Lamont regarding attendance at the District conference. Please confirm numbers at meeting 21st April. A copy of the email is as follows.
 
Dear Roger Dalby,
 
Hello Team 2016-17,
 
this is a quick reminder to make sure that you register your team attending Assembly by Friday 22nd as I need to advise our caterers of numbers by this date.
 
Thank you to those President Elects that have already registered. Some of you have sent me a copy of your registrants ( to assist me with room allocation ) however you have not yet registered on line. Even if you have sent me a copy of your registrants , you shall need to go on line via the district website and register your team. Your payment can also be paid by credit card through PayPal or by EFT. You are able to print your registrant list and obtain reimbursement from your club treasurer or ask them to process the EFT payment on behalf of your club.
 
I shall forward you a copy of the program and room allocation soon. If you have any questions , please let me know. I have attached a copy of the Assembly instructions again as a backup.
