25th February - MAGIC subcommittee meeting. 5:30pm @ Glenelg Inn. All co-ordinators to attend please

 

Wednesday 2nd March - Combined dinner with Hamilton Nth Rotary Club @ Railway Lake in Coleraine. 6pm start. BYO meat, salad to share and drinks. Might be a good idea to include a chair too. Roger will have an update at this weeks meeting.

 

10th March - Nation Youth Science Forum attendee Rory Spiers, will attend and give a presentation of his time at the forum. Partners are more than welcome to attend.

 

17th March - Lions and Rotary combined dinner at Edgarley. 6:30 for 7pm start. BYO Drinks. Numbers to Sue K on 10th March please. Partners welcome.

 

18-20th March - District Conference in Geelong. Sue and Don Kilsby and Wally Walsh to attend.

 

Monday 21st March - Probus dinner. President Darren and Barbara are attending.

 

31st March- Farewell dinner for Doug & Betty Coulter, who are moving to Mt Gambier to enjoy their retirement. Glenelg Inn after normal Rotary meeting. Numbers to Secretary Sue on 24th March please.

 

9-10th April - PETS in Ballarat for Roger.

 

Tuesday 12th April - Combined dinner at Strathdownie. Partners invited. Numbers to Sue K please.

 

Sunday 10th April - Millicent 4WD day. Meet at the Milllicent lake (Lake McIntyre) for a bbq lunch at 12 noon. 4WD not required and seats with others are available. Numbers to Darren please for catering purposes.
